ORDERING
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 days of payment being received. We expect to receive payment in full within 7 days of the order being placed and cannot post orders until payment has been received in full.
We take payment via Paypal in our online shop, as it is fast, safe and secure. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can use Paypal to process a credit card or debit card payment instead.
As soon as we receive payment and the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you with an estimated delivery date. If the goods fail to reach you by the suggested date, then please email us and we can look into it.
Please make sure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order because if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage.
In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage then please let us know as soon as they arrive and we can investigate this. If you do not report this immediately then we will not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to reimburse you.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible. As colours and images vary depending on your monitor and browser we are unable to guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor.
Please note that the prices shown are exclusive of delivery and this is calculated once you add the product to your cart and is then calculated as explained in the ‘Delivery’ section above.

DELIVERY
allenomis ships anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, therefore a signature will be required. If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to allenomis, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage.
The price for postage can be seen when you reach the checkout and select your country of destination as pricing is calculated on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Currently the website is set up to deliver only within the UK but if you are ordering from abroad please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will happily get a quote for you.
RETURNS
We endeavour to provide the highest quality of materials and manufacturing for our products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please contact us by e-mail and in the first instance we will try to resolve the issue.
If a refund is required then you must return the goods new and unworn within 7 working days of delivery and we will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. We will pay for the postage of replacement item(s) where appropriate.A refund will only be given in the event of faulty product where allenomis is at fault.
We do not accept unauthorised returns under any circumstances. If you want to return an item, please contact us before posting the item back to us.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, then please confirm this by email as soon as possible and we will reimburse you the cost within 30 days.
LIABILITY
The use of this website is at your own risk. allenomis is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the Internet or this website or any related information technology. allenomis does not warrant that this website will be free from computer viruses or other malicious programs etc which may cause direct indirect consequential incidental or any other damages to you or any other party. allenomis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused due to any use of this website or reliance on it or its contents.
